Couples counselling focusses on the relationship between two individuals. In session, both members of the relationship and the counsellor work to develop an understanding of the relationship dynamics. Throughout members of the relationship work to create change in the relationship in areas such as communication, trust, and bond. Length of therapy can vary depending on issues explored. Couples who feel that they may not need counselling but recognize that they could benefit from it are encouraged to make contact to set up a consult session.
